The role:
Based in Cardiff, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama is recruiting a Lecturer in Voice for a fixed term of one year.
RWCMD are seeking an energetic, experienced practitioner to join the Head of Voice, and an experienced, forward-thinking team that places particular importance on empowering students to develop their own creative practice and support them in becoming industry ready artists. You will play a key role in organising, teaching and supporting vocal studies, text and dialect work across all levels of RWCMD’s Acting and Musical Theatre programmes. Practitioners with dedication to and passion for contemporary, inclusive practice will encounter a collaborative working environment which places students at the centre of its work.
This post is full time for a fixed term contract of one year. The hours of work are those required to fulfil the needs of the post.

The Acting Department, led by Head of Drama Performance Ali de Souza, encompasses undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Acting for Stage, Screen and Radio, and Musical Theatre.
