As Relationship Manager - Theatre, Performing Arts and Touring, you’ll be a key connector in Wales’s diverse theatre scene. Working with the specialist team, you’ll build strong relationships across traditional and contemporary performance forms, supporting Welsh theatre voices and delivering strategic goals, including the 2025 English Language Theatre Review. You’ll embed Welsh Language, Diversity, Inclusion, and Climate Justice in all your work.

As Relationship Manager - Night Out, you’ll play a key role in bringing professional arts experiences to communities across Wales. Working with the Head of Engagement and Communities, you’ll lead on the scheme’s delivery, build strong partnerships with community promoters and venues, and ensure Welsh Language, Diversity, Inclusion, and Climate Justice are embedded throughout your work.

You’ll work with a specialist team to build strong relationships across genres and communities, ensuring Welsh music is celebrated and supported at every level. We dig out untold stories and present them to audiences in engaging ways. Each production blends distinctive writing with adventurous staging, and involves working alongside communities in the creation of the work. Our process is driven by curiosity. We want to get to know the people in a particular place and find the story that needs to be listened to.
