My name is Dongshuang Pang but I produce artwork under the artistic pen-name Xiayu. I am originally from Hebei, China but have been living in Cardiff over the past year and a half. I am an independent artist now. I always loved painting since childhood, and systematically studied western realistic painting and traditional Chinese painting when I was 15 years old.
I am looking for an local arts gallery / institute to build a relationship and continue my art career in Wales, because I am getting love to Wales more and more.
I have a lot of experience working both as an Independent Artist with several of my works being exhibited and as an Art Teacher as well as a strong educational background. My art works have been showcased in distinguished galleries throughout China and Germany. I am very excited to look for a new cooperation in Wales.
