Purpose of role
The key purpose of the role is to support the Head of Fundraising in all aspects of Chapter’s strategic fundraising to achieve annual income targets for the organisation.

Following on from The City Socials in 2024, we are announcing ‘The City Socials: Scratch’ for 2025 and, we are looking to connect with three artists or groups to take part in a one-week residency that will culminate in a public sharing in September.

The Role
Are you someone who brings both creative spark and calm organisation to your work? Do you thrive on clear plans and unexpected joy? Are you excited by theatre that happens outdoors, in community spaces, and in ways that welcome everyone?
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone starting out in producing or arts coordination, with support and learning built in. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team delivering street theatre and participatory projects that features artists with learning disabilities and/or autism.
