I’m Shereef — a folk, blues, and jazz artist, producer, and songwriter based in Wales. With a BSc in Music Technology and an MA in Songwriting & Production, I blend technical expertise with creative storytelling across performance and production.
My work as a solo artist has seen me perform at Sŵn Festival and HUB Festival, with radio play on BBC Radio 1, 6 Music, BBC Radio Wales, Amazing Radio, and WTSQ.
Alongside songwriting and production, I’ve undertaken film training at BBC Wales, which allows me to craft visuals and multimedia elements that complement my music.
I’m passionate about authentic musicianship, rich storytelling, and the intersection of folk, blues, and jazz traditions — bringing timeless sounds into a modern context.
