The Role
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Arts and Health Project Coordinator. The role will provide a range of project coordination, communication and support across our Wellness with WNO programme. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on our national programme for individuals with post-viral and energy limiting conditions, supported by NHS Wales health boards.
This is a fixed term role that has been funded through Arts Council Wales Arts, Health and Wellbeing Lottery funding and the successful candidate will be expected to complete KPI monitoring (key performance indicator monitoring) and contribute to data collection and reporting requirements through our Arts Council of Wales funding agreement.
What will be required of you?
- Running Wellness with WNO zoom workshops and one-to-one participant meetings as a WNO representative and ‘digital host’.
- Act as a main point of contact to Welsh and English-speaking project participants, including dealing with enquiries via email and phone, communicating schedules, issuing welcome packs and other resources.
- Contributing to project planning and project logistics, including creating and maintaining databases and registers.
- Driving recruitment for new participants across Wales who may benefit from the programme, online and in person (with possibility of infrequent travel across Wales).
What you will need to have?
- You will be a fluent Welsh speaker and writer.
- You will have a strong understanding of culture in Wales and arts organisations working in a wellness context.
- Demonstrable experience working in arts and health or in community focused settings.
- Experience of developing effective administrative systems and procedures.
- Excellent communications and IT skills.
- Flexible and adaptable; hardworking and energetic.
- Ability to work independently and under own initiative as well as in a team.

Colleagues are entitled to 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part time hours) each full holiday leave year which runs from 1st September to 31 August.Bank and public holidays are in addition to this.After 5 years, your holiday will increase to 28 days. |
