Media Academy Cymru (MAC) is seeking experienced and passionate tutors to join our dynamic education and training team. If you thrive in hands-on teaching environments, love inspiring young people, and have expertise in filmmaking, photography or digital media—this could be the perfect role for you.

We deliver BTEC courses at Levels 1–3 to post-16 learners, with a strong emphasis on creativity, wellbeing, and inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, practical lessons across creative disciplines
• Plan, assess, and internally verify learners' coursework
• Carry out regular wellbeing check-ins with students
• Organise and support extracurricular learning activities
• Deliver and assess Essential Skills Wales qualifications in Communication and Application of Number

What We’re Looking For:
We’re keen to recruit freelancers available 3–5 days per week, who are confident working with young people and share our values of inclusion, empathy, and creativity. Ideal candidates will have qualifications or experience in:
• Teaching and education
• Youth work or mentoring
• Mental Health First Aid
• Supporting learners with additional learning needs (ALN)
