The Community Manager initially will focus on the community management in the Tramshed Tech Swansea site and supporting more widely on planning, developing, and executing activity to engage various stakeholders in achieving our goals. Working with the FOH team to retain existing members and supporting the recruitment of new tenants and customers.

Being part of the FOH team to work on major events and projects that drive forward the business and create opportunities for our community.

Reporting to Group Community Manager

Full Time: 35 hours per week

Tramshed Tech is seeking a motivated and dynamic Community Executive to be a key player in supporting members & tenants, and in nurturing our community to maintain a positive working environment like no other. 

Location: Your time will be spent at our venue on Bristol Harbourside (One Millennium Square, Anchor Road, Bristol, BS1 5DB).

We’re happy to support flexible working – both through hybrid working and your working pattern. You just need to be able to attend key meetings, have some cross-over with the rest of the CRM team and deliver the responsibilities of the role. You will be expected to be office based during your probation period to make the most of your learning. You may be required to work the occasional weekend.
